On December 13th,2023, at 16:00 Beijing time (9:00 European time), the signing ceremony for the “Sino-European Science and Technology Innovation and Talent Cooperation Development” project took place in the conference room of Building 4 Exchange Center at Shenzhen New Generation Industrial Park. The signing involved Futian District Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, the MCI Business School from Austria, and Gensol. Xu Yang, the Director of Futian District Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, Andreas Altmann, the President of MCI Business School, and Qiu Feng, the Chairman of Jingrui Technology Innovation Center, attended and signed the agreement.
During the event, Dr. Christoph Swarovski, Chairman of the Federation of Austrian Industries, Tyrol, congratulated the successful signing ceremony and expressed hopes for future friendly cooperation with entrepreneurs in Futian District. The Federation of Austrian Industries, Tyrol, is one of the regional associations of the Austrian Federation of Industries, aiming to promote the continuous and healthy development of the Austrian industry.
The purpose of this signing activity is to promote the establishment of a regular talent training and interaction platform between Futian, MCI Business School, and Gensol, establishing a long-term cooperative mechanism. Xu Yang, Director of Futian District Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, stated during the signing ceremony, “We are very pleased to have reached a strategic cooperation intention with MCI Business School and Gensol. In the future, we hope that through the efforts of all three parties, we can promote exchanges between China and Europe in science and technology, talents, and business cooperation, deepening the friendship between both sides.”

Qiu Feng, Chairman of Gensol, stated during the signing ceremony, “The collaboration among the three parties originated from Jingrui Innovation Center’s visit to Austria with the Futian District economic and trade delegation earlier this year, where mutual trust was established with MCI Business School. With the support of Futian District Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, Jingrui Innovation Center will closely cooperate with MCI Business School to contribute to Futian’s technological exchange and high-end talent development, setting a benchmark in Shenzhen.”
This signing ceremony marks the official launch of the “Sino-European Science and Technology Innovation and Talent Exchange Platform” jointly built by Futian District Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, MCI Business School, and JGensol. It is believed that this platform will leverage the strengths of all three parties, continuously empower high-quality talent teams in Futian, and provide strong support for the sustainable development of enterprises.
