On July 8, a delegation from the Pininfarina family business in Italy visited Beilun District (Development Zone) for an exchange and inspection.
Sergio Pininfarina, the fourth-generation heir of the Italian Pininfarina family business and founder of the Italian design company TUC Technology, and Ludovico Campana, co-founder of the Italian automotive design company TUC Technology and a top automotive designer who made the Forbes 30 Under 30 Global list in 2020, were part of the visiting delegation. Shenzhen Gensol Investment Co., Ltd. and Gensol Technology Innovation Center Co., Ltd. accompanied them during their visit.
TUC Technology was established in 2018. It is a subsidiary of the Pininfarina family and the youngest technology enterprise of the family.

District Chief Wang Cheng and Deputy Director of the Development Zone Management Committee Zhu Chaoyin welcomed the visit from TUC Technology of Italy. Following the meeting, the delegation visited Meishan Geely and Tuopu Group to learn about the development of local enterprises in the new energy vehicle and critical components industries in terms of intelligent manufacturing, technological innovation, and market positioning. Sergio Pininfarina noted that Beilun District (Development Zone) aligns well with TUC Technology’s business in industries such as automobiles and intelligent networking, expressing his anticipation for more collaborative opportunities in the future.
