On December 12, 2025, the themed event “Mayo Clinic 24alife: Health-Driven Excellence, A New Path to Leadership Growth” was successfully held at C Future City in Zhongzhou Bay. Jointly guided by the Futian District Commerce Bureau, Foreign Affairs Office, and Shatou Subdistrict Office, the event focused on building corporate health leadership in a globalized context. It featured insights from the international health technology platform 24alife on cutting-edge digital health management practices.
24alife, co-founded by Mayo Clinic and European tech firm Mikropis Holding, specializes in scientific and systematic health solutions for corporate executives. In his address, Janez Uplaznik, Founder and CEO of Mikropis Holding, emphasized that executive health directly impacts strategic decision-making and organizational resilience. He outlined three key shifts in future health management: from reactive treatment to proactive prevention, integrating Eastern and Western medical wisdom, and enhancing rehabilitation support to make health a core part of corporate strategy.

During the keynote session, Eva Kovac, Vice President of 24alife, highlighted the risks of chronic stress and sleep deprivation among executives in high-pressure work environments. She noted that over 90% of executives lack structured health management systems. Through a holistic “physical-psychological-wellness” assessment framework, 24alife tailors interventions for high-stress groups. Data shows participants achieved significant improvements in BMI, body fat, and decision-making efficiency, proving that “health is competitiveness.”
